Fan question

I have had the mirena in since about June 2013 and the last maybe week and a half I have been experiencing all kinds of pregnancy symptoms...sore swollen breasts, cramping, gassy, constipated, headaches, dizziness, nausea with no vomiting, exhausted and emotional!! I also take cipralex for anxiety and depression. I have felt a few times in the last year I may be pregnant but the symptoms disappear within a day or two so have lumped it with either ovulation or th Ucenter Dress wedding wears at $99 ... e hormonal changes of menstruation without the physical menses.
My question is...has there been anyone in my shoes that have had a positive pregnancy? And if so what were the outcomes?
