The big day is over, and I’d now love to pass this onto another curvy bride. I struggled to find anything of this style in stores, so it was purchased online and then altered to my shape, making it perfect. None of my pictures have come back from the photographer, but can verify it looks exact to the marketing pictures. wedding dresses for large bust
The dress would fit an 18 -22, depending on body shape. If you’re in the smaller end of that scale, you can always have alterations done to suit your shape, which is recommend regardless. Just for the perfect fit for you. I have a large bust (16GG/H) so is generously sized in the top.
Some specific details:
Silhouette: Ball-Gown/Princess/A-line
Neckline: Illusion neckline which leads to illusion, lace sleeves.
Train Length: Court Train - PLEASE NOTE - there are some mild stains on the very bottom of the train. They are not clearly visible unless you’re looking, but they’re there. You could have the train altered to be slightly shorter and the stains would be gone.
Fabric: Tulle, Lace and satin lining under lace. PLEASE NOTE - The lace overlay has been hand sewed, and as such, I am aware of some small touch ups that might be needed to the sewing. I noticed them on the night (as I was partying) but can’t actually find them now.
Back Style: Zip and buttons. PLEASE NOTE - the illusion back is not as low as pictured. I had a satin panel built to the bra line, so a normal bra can be worn. The shoulders remain an illusion.
I can also highly recommend a seamstress who has already worked on this dress and is familiar with the fabrics.
Try ons are welcome.
Based in Park Ridge.
I have a matching ivory, single tiered chapel veil available for an extra $40.
